Happy Fall, Y'all!

It's my favorite time of the year! Cooler weather, leaves on the ground, carving pumpkins, and FOOTBALL... I love it! We are thoroughly enjoying the beautiful weather and the 4-1 Carolina Gamecocks who just upset the former #1 Alabama. GO COCKS!

Oliver Family Beach Trip 2010

My family takes an annual beach trip to Garden City, SC every July. It's a week we look forward to all year. We have many fun traditions such as... Painter's ice cream, Sam's Corner, Conch Cafe, family cook-offs, Garden City Pier, etc. It's a week of family fun and relaxation. My little brother, Hayden, actually enjoyed the water this year and is quickly learning how to swim! My cousin, Ben, traveled from Texas to join us on the beach trip. It was a BLAST... full of food, family, sun, water, and lots of KARAOKE! We are already counting down the days until next July!

Time Flies

Ok...so I have to admit that I was VERY slack on this whole blog thing, and our first year went by WAY too fast! I guess I was enjoying living it too much to blog about it. So, let me catch you up...

We bought our first home...



We celebrated our first Christmas in our home...






We celebrated our first wedding anniversary...






And now we are halfway through our second year of marriage! We've been enjoying the summer with many beach trips and lots of fun family time. School will start soon for me and I'm also starting grad. school in the fall. Maybe when I'm done with my Master's, we can start working on starting our family!
